1. Scope
These terms apply to your organisation's use of Zomail Workspace (mail, calendar, contacts, Drive, meetings) provided by Zomail.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your signup details, keeping passwords safe and all activity in your organisation's workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, malware or anything unlawful. Zomail may suspend accounts that do.
4. Fees and payment
Fees follow the plan, number of users and billing cycle you chose, excluding VAT. After the trial, the service continues once you pay.
5. Your data
Your data belongs to your organisation. You can export it at any time; after termination it is deleted once the retention period ends.
